@ they control where they put the face cards. Do you notice they will group some aces together and keep the face cards far away from them a lot of times. They have the computer programs to know which cards to put together to create choppy shoes. Why do you think high limit poker players always play hand shuffle poker and never against a machine shuffler? Because the machines aren’t random, they are sorted.
