Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise? It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith so powerful and so wise, he could use the Force to influence the midi-chlorians to create...life. He had such a knowledge of the Dark Side, he could even keep the ones he cared about...from dying. He became so powerful, the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power...which, eventually of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew. Then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death...but not himself.

@GeneralErlend Are you talking about the song or the video?? As I've said many times, I did not create the song. That's Planet Core's doing. The video, placement of sound effects and dialogue is my work. I have done a total of 5 Star Wars music vids based on the Duel of the Fates song. My original one was only Original trilogy footage using the original song. The full saga got three videos (really just modifications of the first Duel of the Fates remix video I did) and the Clone Wars video.

That's where I got this song from, it was a CD single. It's by a group called Planet Core it has two versions of the song on it. A radio edit and a extended "fateful mix" version.

It is, search Planet Core on iTunes and you should be able to find it. Remember, as I've said before, you won't find this exact version as I kinda merged the two versions to get the length I wanted for this video.

@Cyraina13 The exact title of this version is "Duel of the Fates Fateful Mix" You won't find this exact version though since I spliced two versions of that track together to get the version I used for my video. I took the radio edit and the full "Fateful" mix and did some editing to get the track to length I wanted for my video. I also extended the pause in the track so Sidious could finish his "Are you threatening me Master Jedi?" line.

Correction. I was thinking about a different part of the vid. The Vader on the ramp and Anakin leading the march scenes (as well as the part with Darth Maul readying his lightsaber and removing his hood) was an overlay of the two scenes over each other and then I deleted every other frame of the topmost (call it scene 1) so it would create a strobe light effect to go in time with the cymbal hits in the music.

Yep, that's the same CD that I have. I left the voices in my video for dramatic effect, so there aren't any voices or sound effects on the track that you're buying.

Just download the "Fateful Mix" if you can. Do a search for Duel of the Fates techno remix and it should come up. The "Fateful Mix" is an extended mix. The version I used in my videos is a spliced version of the two songs that I created while editing the video.
