Wow. I remember watching this when I was 13 years old. I remember listening to this song in particular when I realized I wanted to learn the Banjo. These guys (along with legends like Earl Scruggs and Roy Clark) were my inspiration for years. I'm 18 now and although I still have much to learn, I can now have the joy of playing songs like these. There'd be moments when I would want to give up and just quit playing, but then I would remind myself that these kids could do it when they were 9 or 10. And I would keep going. If you think you can never learn an instrument at this level, don't give up. Just you consistently practice and don't quit l, and you'll look back on the days when you first got inspired and be proud of yourself for learning such an amazing art form.

You have to know that I'm a student, I'm currently in class and I'm listening to you right now. You came out of nowhere in my KZbin recommendations and I'm not disappointed of the algorithm x)

Who cares who was first to play it or where it came from! Don't detract from these awesome kids with talent!

It's always interesting to learn the origins of an instrument. And really without it originating from somewhere, we wouldn't have it and you wouldn't be able to listen to these awesome kids with talent.

Ha ha... when it cut to the fiddler, I instantly noticed the Falcon in the background. Man, as if these kids needed any more proof that they're awesome.

I think I watched this for the first time about 8 years ago, and I still come back to it now and then and become amazed all over again. 🔥
