Awesome cook off! I've done very similar with both these pizzas on my Blackstone. I've always done a little sprinkle in the oil with some garlic salt to give the crust (flatbread) a little sumthin' somthin'. Also flipped the flatbread because I prefer the cruncher crust. With that in mind, both look great. But I must go back to my crispy crust and say Adam won this one because when Brett pulled his, there was some sag from the crust. Sorry Brett. Love you guys.

Some people just don't get it. Saying this is the same as saying, "I want to see you cooking on a ge stove but now your cooking on a Kenmore, I signed up to watch you cook on a ge!". You can cook the same things with a Blackstone, camp chef, pit boss or even a good cast iron skillet. It's just a means to an end. A tool if you will. I don't know the full story but I can read between the lines. These guys never worked for Blackstone and simply shared their love of cooking with us on the griddle they bought, which happened to be Blackstone. Yes, Toven got them some goodies, which they showcased and promoted for Blackstone and plenty of people bought Blackstones because of them, including myself. Pitboss came knocking with an offer and they decided to jump on it. Everyone does what they see fit for themselves and their families. Good for them. Happy for them.(Sorry for longest post ever).
