Reason this card was, and is, so good, for slower formats like this one, where one card combos/single summon dependant decks run rampant 1. Tells your opponent "You cant use this monster for jack" in a 20 card deck, 3 copies of. 2. It has no limits. 3. I never saw kuch use of it in 2020, so more likely a 2019/prior format used card, but I can see why.

Another great combo you missed would be cattle call + book of moon. You replace a monster with a much stronger one from the extra deck and then flip it down to evade the side effect of cattle call.

Subterrors are going to abuse the book of moon. I guarantee you, it will. Because think about it, Subterrors are known for being flipped down and up constantly to activate their devastating effects, the moon is just going to be an extra way to flip them face down then they can activate their trap, "Subterror Final Battle," to flip their Subterror back up to then activate their effect. Let's say in this case it's Subterror Behemoth Umasteryx, you just use book of moon on it, then activate the Final Battle witch note after activation does not leave the field it just flips back down, use it flip back up your Umasteryx, and boom suddenly your opponent's blue eyes or their noble knight or possibly their Deporado Dragon is banished. AND! Because that Final Battle can also protect your subteerors from stopping people from negating their effects, to put it short your opponent or you are going to have a bad time dueling against this deck witch is why I think they should limit book of moon to 2 or final battle to 2 at least.
