Mayosenju is either hit or miss. You either get a great hand and bounce everything back and ramming it with overwhelming force, or you brick hard and go home.

If anyone is struggling with this deck try this. Drop all the Oyam (He's a card neutral and he forces you to lose your needed pieces for this deck.) and the Veil, instead play 3 Witch of the Black Rose (she's a free +1 in this deck because no spell/traps) and 2 or 3 Dynatherium. Then you can go +1 for your normal summon to get to your pendulum cards, and you use Dynatherium/Shinchuu L or R to make either a rank 4 or with Witch of the Black Rose you can make a level 8 synchro like Cyber Slash, Red Hot Archfiend, Scrap Dragon, or Stardust Spark Dragon. (Stardust regular is okay too.) (Sadly Beelze isn't in this game or he'd be the best card to make since you're using a dark tuner.) This makes the deck much stronger for going both first and second since this deck does struggle going first. Also, believe it or not, but I find that the duel skill Grit helps this deck more than Oroshi Channeling since that card only helps if you are bricking or if your opponent blows up all your cards, it isn't always helpful for making a comeback.

There's no secret move in these duels or the deck used in the duels either. it's the wrong screenshot. The correct decklist is at the start of the video. He uses the veils instead of secret move

@@satokndm does he really want to trigger the skill that bad, isn't kite and oyam enough battle protection? Secret move adds disruption and izna adds effect protection and draw power, you can probably cut some handtraps to increase their ratios imo.

@@jimtsap04 the skill kind of is important when you don't have a great opening hand. I have mayosenju builds and handtraps are really important. It's basically a control deck. You control your lp in order to activate the skill, to get a free Pendulum zone or a free search. Without these skills, mayos would brick a lot

@@jimtsap04 if you feel like it, you can use secret move or sword sting, but the core of the deck are the Pendulum monsters. They allow the win. Whether or not you want the interruption or the lp control is on you to decide.

It's quite cheap, or almost free infact. The Boxer Veil can be found in the Rage of Volcano minibox, the rest like Hitot and Shinchu L and R are from farming Sylvio at the gate and leveling up to lvl 23. And Oyam and Izna are from the Spirit of the Beast minibox, where you can get all the normal Yosenju cards except for Kama 1.

It's a very rogue deck, it can get KOG but it's not meta. The less it is used, the more likely it will not be on the banlist by Konami. Look at normal Yosenjus, released in September 2019 but still going strong in January 2022, and is a very strong anti-meta deck.

Yeah at this point I can’t just straight duel like I have to be watching Netflix or doing something else because it gets tedious after a while… when you really consider the amount of time you take waiting for a single turn to end sometimes, it becomes apparent why you get so bored so quickly..

@@drmossy9673 exactly it’s nice to know I’m not alone in that regard. However I do play other mobile games as well like sonic forces and final fantasy but I also get bored playing them. It’s probably because it’s mobile and it gets repetitive and boring fast. Now I have a ps5 and I can play that all day and not get tired or bored lol. I’m not sure why I have duel links installed on my phone because when ever new events drop that aren’t character unlock events I kind of just roll my eyes and I never want to do them because it’s always a grind fest! And with PvP you duel the same decks over and over again. I can go on and on. It might be time for to delete it and just move on with my life it’s been fun thou and I didn’t always feel this way. It took time to get here.

How about F2P with just one box clearing? Clearing it 2 times was too much as a F2P player coz you need to grind for gems. 200 packs in Main Box 500 gems for 10 packs 200 ÷ 10 = 20 500 x 20 = 10,000 I can barely grind 2,500 gems coz most of my characters are maxed level already.

Damn you have to be more cautious in choose your free to play decks now. The amounts of gems you can earn now by just playing the game are greatly reduced and thus increasing the time you’ll take to earn those cards.

My common mistake was opening box because it is in demand, or I just think it's fun to play. Just like how I got the Nordic Deck, but haven't played it for long.

@@Brianpeckin which you can search with either oroshi channeling or Sylvia's showstopping performance. Plus, they still get returned to the extra deck leaving the field open in most cases. I don't usually see people playing so defensive with harpies that they turn 1 roach in order to avoid losing to mayosenjus. In that case I'd much rather have a cyber slash to return one of the other cards if I can instead of wasting 2 material pretty much instantly. I've been playing this deck since it came out. I know the results.
