ive been using music to help learn how to feel emotions, and not get overwhelmed. i have strong emotions (kinda pairs with the ADHD), but my mom neve learned to handle others' emotions. it cuased a lot of fighting between us, so in my early teens i learned how to quickly can both anger and sadness the problem is, it also made it hard for me to feel joy (joy was often a precurser to sadness, since i apparently am annoying if im really happy). and, of course, caused me to blow up or meltdown unpredictably, as bottling will anyway, the point is, youre music, such as Fallen, and Longfeather have contributed to helping me find those emotions again. it's made a big difference, and im starting to feel normal levels of excitement about things again you're music, like This Is The Song also seem to have helped my mom with her stuff. she seems calmer, from a combination of things. but i think you're in that combo

I had one of those reissue hagstrom 8strings, it was uncomfortably heavy and always sounded slightly out of tune, ended up selling it for $200 more than I paid though so I guess it wasn't a mistake
