Imagine 27 years ago they hated each other, and now they performing together... Probably the best thing ever happen in our lives

So good to see them so young and happy :-) I like Krist and Duff very much, they were two of my all-time heroes.

+NewJerseyMilitia Oh no, I meant they're still young on their insides. This Neptune Theater is probably somewhere in Seattle, WA. I hope they release the pro-shot release of the full show.

Kris is a real sport, a very intelligent man. He sure looks a lot different from his Nirvana day's. He has the appearance of a History Professor. Kris doesn't get the recognition he deserves for his bass playing skills. Just listen to his basslines during the performance of any Nirvana song, he definitely sets himself apart from an average bass player. His short career with Nirvana set him up for life at a relatively young age. Celebrity networth has him listed at $40 to $50 million, nothing to sneeze about.

i can remember the liars in the press back in the 90's saying these 2 hated each other, that jam just blew my mind

I remember the press saying that they exchanged words at the 1992 VMA when Axl and Kurt were fueding.
@Britton_Thompson5 жыл бұрын
No, they weren't lying. In 1991-92 they honestly did not like each other. There was a genuine disdain & friction between the two back then. Duff and Krist only started to become acquaintances after Duff wrote an apology to Krist Novoselic in his weekly Seattle Times column in 2010, where he claimed full responsibility for his actions toward Krist in 1992 and extended a hand to him in the hopes of burying the hatchet

I can't imagine Duff was/is even able to hate. There was friction between the two bands ,it was mainly at Kurt vs Axl thing. Anyway luckily the maturity has brought peace again

seeing Chris wearing glasses made me sad for some reason...our rock boys are getting older..I wonder how Kurt would look like in his 50-ies?
@Britton_Thompson5 жыл бұрын
Couldn't say with any certainty what Kurt would look like today, but I can promise you with 100% certainty he wouldn't be so obsessed with his image & terrified of aging that he'd get hair plugs, plastic surgery, and a bunch of botox shot into his face to the point of now looking unrecognizable the way Axl has done.

Lot of GnR fans like me transferred to Nirvana who were much cooler so this is really cool....
@awestruckbeing50686 жыл бұрын
Parish Pandey Yes. GnR suddenly sounded so clichéd n cheesy once Nirvana's music hit my ears. Faith No More n Jane's Addiction and Nirvana were and still are my big 3 from America.

geez, you're so cool, you are talking out of your asss
@ihatekillerclowns3 жыл бұрын
@@awestruckbeing5068 nobody was doing what guns were doing in the 80's, they helped the movement away from hair metal. There is nothing cheesy about their music, not too sure what you mean by that. Although Mike Patton is a good front man and even better voaclist, Faith No More musically were never anything better than just mediocre (you can apply the word cheese to Faith No More). Nirvana was pretty basic in everything they did, and very monotonous 3 chord arrangements, it got boring quick, song writing was drab and written like failed poetry 101. At the end of the day, The replay value in Appetite blows away Nevermind out of the water. It's a dark album, and fun to listen to over and over, Nevermind gets dull QUICK to the point most people will give it a listen once every couples of years and that would be enough.

@@ihatekillerclowns they were basic, yes....but that was the point. As "basic" as they were, they were still badass.
