Well I never said u can’t throw parts at your truck I suggested that maybe you should take to to someone that knows the ins ans outs of trucks aka a mechanic and it would save you time and money of just throwing parts at something if you don’t have a clue how it supposed to work! That is meant to be a savings on your pockets !!! You can have all the scanners in the world if you don’t know how to read them or use them there useless! Is the snap on scanner up to date? Most people won’t update them because it’s thousands of dollars every year to do so! At most it will read codes and give u some live data but again as I suggested to you if you can’t read the data what’s the point your spinning your wheels backwards! But do what u want It’s a free country!

I am not a mechanic, but could your truck issue be a software issue? I had some similar issues with a 2020 GMC and a software update fixed it. It was stock and not modified.

Check your exhaust back pressure sensor, the plugs get loose enough for intermittent contact, i had a similar problem, my truck would run fine one minute then would skip and stutter the next and that was the issue with it, the plug was worn out on the sensor, replaced it and was good. Hope you get it figured out.
