Very cool Munster house. The PE adds a lot realism to the fencing and gate. I have a Munster living room in my stash for which I bought a generic sound board to play the theme song like yours. I also picked up Blueline box with the Munster coach and Drag-u-la kits just a few months ago. Not sure when I'll get to them though.

I spent a few weeks on it. That was one particular build that I got so focused on it I couldn't quit! (not my norm) Anything with lighting takes a bit longer, but I've done so much of it over the years I can get thru it fairly quick and neat. The actual paint job didn't take that long.
