Fellow Irishman (Dubliner specifically). vicariously living through your video of what looks like was a fun build to sink your teeth into. Loved the garden touches, and your reaction when the dog scoffed down the pizza. lol

I'm still watching from Alberta Canada! Twice now I have had to subscribe as You Tube has unsubscribed me. too many creators are experiencing this problem!

@@Mr.Andrich good to hear from you again dennis. I heard a few people complain about this alright.hows life in Alberta are you still getting out on adventures
@Mr.Andrich Жыл бұрын
Still getting out plenty, just not filming it for KZbin anymore. I found that the whole project was often making it more difficult to deal with the loss of my daughter rather than helping cope with it like I had hoped it would. Maybe it was too soon, I don't know. I have found that just going out and doing my thing in the woods and then coming home and watching other people's content is more enjoyable for me.

Great build, nice looking pizza. Could you use the oven to make charcoal, if you up there long enough (few days burn?)? Then use the charcoal to get the oven hotter for the pizza. Let us know how the hut weathered after the rain. I'd have put the roof higher at the back, so the water ran to the front, and not draining down close to your sleeping area. I'd say it'd be pretty time consuming, but you could try and bake a few roof tiles too, like wartime farm. Keep the videos coming.

I would love to make tiles not sure if I have the right wood to make it hot enough..dead right about the roof I just thought it look better pitched back 🤷🏼♂️ .. charcoal on the to do list alright

@@PaddysBushcraft laying burning embers against the outside of the oven after about half an our should help crust the loaf up. I don't know how hot your oven got for your pizza but you can measure it, you might need to build a little wood cabin around the oven to keep more heat in

I guess I'll find out soon when I start experimenting 😁
