Fair play to you! Nice seeing someone from Ireland doing these things. Most videos are American/Canadian which is cool too but I'm from Wexford so love finding Irish channels like this. Keep up the good work 👍🏽

Whenever mud cement is used, it’s good to stick small pebbles on it. Not only those pebbles look pleasing, they are excellent heat retainer. 😊😊😊

That is brilliant. I expect it could get nice and warm in there especially if you pack rocks or cob all around the back of the stove to retain heat. Maybe you can pack moss into all the gaps to reduce the draughts, there will need to be the draught near to the fire intake, maybe from under the door?
@PaddysBushcraft2 жыл бұрын
Rocks around the fire 🤔 I like it ....it was a bit drafty at night still a few gaps to fill top and bottom need a few more logs and cob .thank nick
@louiseeckert1574 Жыл бұрын
Yes, I thought some flat stones nestled into the sand bed, under the stove would bed a good heat sink to radiate during the night. LouiseAustralia 🦘
