@DaleHardiman5 ай бұрын
I was never sure if she did sleep with him or she refused him so he dumped her for the other girl.
@complex2live3 ай бұрын
@DaleHardiman I think it's up to interpretation. Because essentially, we don't need to know the details if he did it with her. We just know for a fact he dumped her for someone younger. It's assumed he did since Tia tells Buck that all he said came true, and one thing he told her was that he was going to sleep with her. But hey, he got his payback.

I haven't watched this movie since I was kid, and bits and pieces of it as an adult. Never noticed that the older girl child is the girl from Mr. Holland's Opus. I don't know how well these guys would like that movie. But, I consider it an epic movie. It goes through the life of a guy that wants to write his own Opus, and ends up falling in love teaching band and orchestra at a high school. I call it an epic movie, because it goes through this mans life from day 1 of teaching until he retires, and the history and music changes you get to see throughout the decades. They did a real good job at it bringing each decade to life, though it is never really mentioned or if that is supposed to be the take away, its just what I noticed watching it. It's one of my all time favorite movies though. It is also a feel good movie. Though some parts are sad. It also has some mild comedy, so it's not a super dry drama. Though this movie is way more drama then comedy. It's more like everyday comedy you meet everyday in real life.

Miles had his entire side story cut out. Buck would send him to school everyday with a weird lunch and Miles would trade with kids who thought he had cool items, like a jar of pickles, sardine sandwich or block of cheese. At the party the other kids were supposed to think Buck beat up the clown because clowns are for babies, they told the other kids about it, by the end Miles was supposed to be the coolest kid in school. All of it was left on the cutting room floor.
