Good stuff. Maybe you could do Munich to Switzerland next year as there is a lot of freight down to Zurich.

Ive done Switzerland before not Munich though , I like it there as you get good mix of diesel and electric plus Grembergs 30 mins by car so you can do a whole lot of clips away from being station bound and passenger as well plus I can set up my kit cook food and make drinks where im standing so I don't usually have to a travel and be stop to get meals . I basically stood from 7.00 am till 8.00pm for 4 days to get this , my mate drives but I think his age is starting to show as well just going there and back puts at least a thousand miles on the clock we have talked about going else where but you pass here and know its ok quiet and no one bothers you theres a university near so parkings ok I only saw a few people mostly joggers or dog walkers to get away from security here on stations etc is a blessing as far as im concerned but if I have a m cash windfall I will take on those places adain ... Yes. Keep a look on the db website as they offers all the time, I can do long journey 1st class for ~100 euros...If you get to Munich, the park behind the Schloss Nymphenburg leads to the railway lines (you can see it on Google maps) and its a good place to see stuff. Also the freight years to the west of Munich
