I got some but the pans aren't level riding high. I thought they were supposed to be night latched and level from the factory?

You just gotta loosen the nut and move pan accordingly then tighten back up

Trap wax on the pan and jaw will cause that.

Nice traps i bought victor#3 and #4 and modified them myself i learned alot by doing that but havent got to trap the last couple of year

J dont hate me for this. But..I have used duke in the past and the never held up and always bent and lots of mods needed. So I switched to mb550. Are dukes built stronger now. Looking to buy a few to try but dont want to waste the money. And be disappointed again. Thanks

Man I don’t know what you were using I catch a lot of stuff that I shouldn’t in my 1.5 dukes bobcat coyote 67pound beaver and I haven’t bought a 1.5 in 8 years I ran over a 550 last season in my truck just reset it. I won’t hate cause I know some guys are super picky and follow the this is best and that’s junk montage that’s in this industry I’d drive a pinto over a lambo any day

Bought my first dozen Duke no 2 over 20 yrs ago. I've changed the springs couple times and baseplated them. I still have ten of them. A hog took one home and another was run over. Will use them until I die I bet.

I just wash off the oil, spray them with some paint and put them in the dirt, that has worked for me anyway.
