You cannot calculate speedo like this, by adding. It should be by percent. Ride to 100kmh GPS and see the meter reading. That is how many percent you should calculate. Meaning if 100kmh gps is 110kmh meter, meter is 10% faster. Then you get 140gps, you add 10% (14kmh) and reading should be 154kmh for example.

Please try with taller sprockets ratios for top speed eg 14 T front and 41T rear sprockets. I am sure it will be a perfect setting between acceleration and top speed. Keep up the good work and best wishes.

The 15 43 setup is taller than the 14 41 setup that you're talking about. As for the rear sprocket, there aren't any options for the 6 hole sprocket on my bike(2015+) and getting a custom rear sprocket made is really costly. Costs more than the full chain sprocket set.

Your Duke 200 doesn't have a speed limiter and that's why you are able to cross 138kmph without any mods :)

@@UtkarshRathaur No. The rpm is locked so you can't go higher. You will have to get a custom ecu or buy the powertronic piggyback ecu to unlock the rpm limiter.

Can you tell me one thing, what's the MAX RPM your engine can reach, mine reaches 10500rpm before but when I checked it yesterday it reaches to 11000rpm till 5th gear. Now it goes like, 1st Gear - 46km/h 2nd Gear - 66km/h 3rd Gear - 83km/h 4th Gear - 104km/h 5th Gear - 124km/h 6th Gear - 135~138 but RPM around 10000 - 10500. My Sprocket is Stock , 14/42

First of all there is no Speed Limiter, you achieved that top speed because you used 15T front Sprocket. And the thing you're calling speed Limiter is for headlight to turn on when the bike is in motion with ignition on, engine off.

@@Delhiocity Maybe you're right, I didn't experience the speed cuttoff myself, but after reviewing the wiring diagram I saw that, the wire from the speedometer Blue-white colored is connected to HeadLight control unit, instrument cluster and ECU.
