Ktm Duke 390 Stock comes with 15 tooth sprocket.
I changed to 14 tooth sprocket , Which is from duke 250.
14 Tooth Sprocket Costs 198 rs in Bangalore.

Hi bro, i want asking now i using duke 250 2017 and the problem is, that time i go change sprocket set rear and front but that shop no stocks of size 46 then he tell me.. them only got 44, then i ask them back will got side affects or not to engine.. them say no..

It wont affect on engine. Im using 250 front sprocket on my duke 390 since a year. I can see improvement on mileage and acceleration as well

I would suggest if u some extra cash. Go for Piggyback Ecu , its the best upgrade for performance. ( Note - Cant expect more engine life on this). Upgrading rear sprocket also a better choice but still it will cost you some where btw 3.5k to 6k. Upgrading front sprocket is budget friendly, you will get it for under 300rs and Initial power increases and gears will short as a result decrease in top speed and if you Cruze at 100 - 110 , excellent average of 32-34kmpl. Small front and lager rear lowers your final drive ratio making the bike feel more powerful, while lowering it's top speed.

For wheelie we need more initial torque. 13t will be the best option. I suggest keep front sprocket as stock and upgrade rear sprocket with bigger one like 47t or 49t. Upgrading rear one with bigger sprocket you will get more torque compared to front one. Its like 1:2 ratio. Stock front is 15t and rear is 47t so U need to upgrade to 49t with 15t and ,47t is ok with 14t. Hope this information helps you ❤️ Do subscribe and share ❤️❤️

I guess 390s will go from 0 to 100kmph under 6 sec right ? This took almost 7 to 8 secs....either a heavy rider or a slow launch ! The video was great tho !

With undergearing, you need more gearshifts to reach 100 kmph, around 3 to 4 shifts, vs 2 gearshifts on stock setup. Gearshifts always cost you time. So, undergearing always doesn't give better 0-100. 0-60 it might give better...

Properly I dint calculate. But on dash its showing around 25-26 kmpl on city and 30-32 kmpl on highway. But one con is that engine rev up fast compared to stock. Hope you got some idea. Do subscribe and share ♥️
