Love this!, however, cannot find any info about this 45rpm, is this the same Duke Jenkins of 'The Duke walks'?

Apparently so. I believe this is his first release, which also came out on 78. I’ve never known of another copy on 45; I seem to own the only extant copy. The Kent label here is no relation to the California concern and just has to be named for Kent OH - and “our” Duke Jenkins hailed from round there.
