Duke 3D is the game with the most balls ever tbh i just wish duke would have gotten a worthy sequel with its fast action secerets and cool pop culture references most of all having the classic game mechanics with healthpoints ability to carry all guns and have all the fun. Enemies should drop goods such as beers dougnuts cigars and their respective ammo like the troopers can drop beer pig cops drop a dougnut and the lizards drop cigars. Beer gives better aim and slightly faster movements (as seen in older shooting contests one beer can incerease the stability of your hand and concentration) Doughnut gives 5points of health and a oneliner commernting the corpse of the pig cop and the tastyness of the dougnut Cigars gives faster shooting and reload times because we know that badasses with cigars shoot miniguns and cool weapons I think that would give the player the kind of push forward mechanic like doom, duke like doomguy is a badass and shouldnt cover in fear instead kick ass. In general i dont think it would be that hard to make a balls to the wall duke nukem shooter it just doesnt have to take itself too serious and the most difficult part would be introduction setting the bar where the player can agree to that "youre duke nukem a badass action hero that kicks ass ok? Lets start kick some alien ass"

Not strange at all, the 3D models are very basic/plain looking with very stilted animation. Part of the problem is that the Build engine was never really designed for animated 3D models, sure, they've grafted it on in eDuke32 etc. but that wasn't the intent of the engine.

This is just a graphics mod, the gameplay is the same as the original. So yeah, the blimp was always there.
