@@DannyGruesome Remember, whip out the pipe bombs once you open the "Egg Soup" dining room, and toss it in without the eggs spawning the slimers. Doing this correctly and blowing it up will prevent the babes from being killed in the explosion. Saving you the trouble of kicking slimers off your face, and giving you access to the blue key!

@@stunningandbrave3527Thank you! Yes, it's changed quite a bit since not only the industry moved closer to films, but also the technology limitations aren't there so much now. For sure, this game was on CD but you don't have to go back too much further before game music was created either by synthesis chips within the machine, or very small sampled instruments were held in memory - with a limited number of sound channels. So in some ways, this dictated HOW game music was written. There's some really good music in the Indie game scene, the original Subnautica is one of my favourites.

Whenever I hear this, I can imagine myself going on an insanely bloodthirsty and monster-killing rampage, with more than enough firepower to thoroughly annihilate them. (And yes Dual-wielding is indeed my kind of forté) But even that pales in comparison to the kind of nature I've got when it comes to fighting any monster (only pure evil) that's not human-based in any gaming platform: Brutal, Remorseless and running on Adrenaline-Fueled rage. But when I hear this with a +1 Pitch Shift... it became something else.

TheWingedBear jump through the wall into the little vent? i also remember wanting to collect the ammo on the lava waves but never realised that if you went to the end it dropped you down below, was a sneaky level faces of death

that's amazing x'D I tried beating this around 15 years later after I first played this level. I knew something was ''strange'' about this level but didn't remember. In the end I spend 90 minutes looking for a exit before just looking for it online.

i had an audio import error after i exited the game on ps3 so i went to audio and it had an audio cd(?) it had 3 tracks including this one. anyone have any ideas why this happened?
