Roy WIlliams was massively outcoached down the stretch today. Duke never panicked or forced any 3's. They just kept having Jones drive to the basket and UNC played zero defense and never contested any of Jones's layups. The defense was brutal and Coach K's plan to keep driving was the difference. And UNC's pathetic free throws kept the game alive too. Platek was an all-time choker at the line. Barely hit the rim on a few of them.

The defender tipped the ball, after that you can dribble again. If anything was wrong with that play, it's that the clock started after the ball hit the rim on the missed free throw. The clock is supposed to start after the ball touches a player in that situation. Tre Jones should have actually had an extra half second.
