I guess I've nailed it at 5:00 From my perspective, it was a combination of price channel bounce, trend line candle cross, bullish candle consumption and a short-wick analysis But I do like it that you've mentioned how you would still enter the position even without all of these confirmations, but simply by utilizing the trend line breakout, which happens to be your strategy. I have had a problem of not entering many trades because I kept on waiting for ALL of my confirmations, which is 8 things all at the same moment. I went back to my tradebook and realized that statistically, even though I have often times been saving myself from losses by doing so, I have also missed many trades which, with proper risk management, would still bring me additional profits. Working on my risk ratios now It's crucial to keep sucking the information in from all sources, I think it helps you to notice your own flaws.

Crypto is risky as many would say but I think the actual risk in Crypto is not investing, buying the capitulation isn't a tough call, but it is a very tough call to figure out what to do aside holding. I started out doing your strat, then just kept catching onto little things here and there, and now I'm making $500 to $1500 per day (paper trading) for almost a week. Great job. I like that you are able to trade on 4 hour and 1 hour. Not that this matters. I scalp on 5 minute chart and 1 minute chart. 4 hour chart to help me determine bias and trend and make quick trade in first hour of market open then go on with rest of my day. Sweet, very simple strategy but effective sometimes intuition is the best confirmation when you are going to close a trade. You closed it at a bearish fair value gap (ict concept) the gap between the three bearish candles on the left created an area of liquidity that needed to be revisited, when it got there it rejected witch started the reversal to downside

Good stuff man, make sure you do your due diligence on the little things and I recommend this book “The New Trading for a Living” It’s $80 but if you look online you can find it for free just put a PDF. Looking up prop firms is the best way to obtain more capital but just make sure you do research don’t want to lead you into an alleyway to get jumped. It’s good stuff if you’re trading like a good retail trader.

It would be great if you could show how your higher TF support/resistance and trendlines are drawn. I tried to replicate your analyze but my levels are not exactly like yours and I would be happy to understand why. Not to discredit you, but to improve myself.

It was a winning trade because of price action. If you had drawn your trend lines tighter, you had a break and two legs to a new low and then it reversed. Market moves in twos. That's why it worked. Simple price action

the trade setup was good at 4:30, there is a big FVG (fair value gap) that was created at 01:00 PM on the big red candle, you can see the trend climbing up the green line back to the fair value gap zone. that's why that trade worked out so well. the trend line placement was a good setup.

To answer your question, you got into the trade because the downtrend reversed off that lower zone of support. Once it passed the previous lower high, it is a confirmed reversal.

Hi Tori, so I have a question. I know you don't trade Forex at the moment but I think in one of your vids you were thinking about it due to the number of people that do. Not sure if you can do a video analysis of this (i know you're always busy) on EUR/USD. Looking at the 4hr now, and I believe we're going to see a reversal soon to the upside (for now), maybe up until NFP on Thursday. However, if you only go by trendlines, where would you draw these? Anyway, if you get a chance that would be great. If not I'll still watch your vids 😂.

If you also watch the news for every asset you trade (which is very time consuming but yeah you are a full time) and not just follow the trendline you will be far better. Because high impact news easily move the prices beyond trendlines.

You draw your trend lines, and only ever stay in 4hr time frame? (I'm asking, no hate here). If so, this is incredible.
