Apparently not always enemies since Uncle Jesse got onto Luke for trash-talking J.D. Hogg.

So apparently they've been doing road work in Hazard since the forties yet by the eighties they still didn't have any paved roads. I also liked the fact that they portrayed it like there just happen to be cameras set up around town as well to capture this stuff. This truly was one of the best shows ever. No matter what happened they always brought home a solid message of honesty family and friendship in every episode

You know dirt roads need maintenance also, right? Otherwise they get rudded out from rain or just simple traffic.

Is it me or does the young J.D. Hogg look like a younger version of Sorrel Booke? The young version of Uncle Jessie doesn't really look like Denver Pyle though.

at 1:05 I didn't know that Mr. Haney from Green Acres ran moonshine.
@BRadfrommalibu745 жыл бұрын
He didn't. He was the bartender
@joyfulautisticjesus-freak16093 жыл бұрын
If I were there in that scene, Mr. Haney would rather be watching my every movement, staring at me with gentle eyes, the whole time and listening to my every gasp, "aahh!' and "wow," while I watched the TV, shrieking about the cars flying in the air, crashing into a lake, flipping over and spinning around on the road, laughing hard about the guy falling into the water after his car crashed in the lake. When the other shiners ask him, 'why aren't you watching the movie and staring at that girl?' and he responded like 'That's my girl, she likes it when one of the guys falls in the lake,' with a gentle smile on his face. He would not really be watching the movie, but he would rather be watching me like, 'that's my daughter, that's my girl. Raising her as my own daughter is my dream come true as her daddy.' But I'd be watching the movie, my eyes focused on the screen, as he gets up from his chair, sneaks up right behind me, picks me up like a baby, and sits back down in his chair, holding me on his lap at the same time, haha. He would make an excellent cuddler and bedtime buddy like a child and a teddy bear, LOL. He tends to sound like he's dozing. His rounded lower stomach is just perfect for hugs. If he had a starring role, that'll be awesome, and he'd make a loving, gentle father who loves hugging.

Oh my goodness! Wow!! He should have a starring role, and his distinctive voice is easily recognizable and very soothing. If I were in that scene, Mr. Haney would not really be watching the movie. He would just be watching me rather than the movie, as I barely noticed him, with my eyes focused on the screen, gasping and shrieking at the cars flying in the air, crashing along the road signs, and flipping over, like 'aahh!' and laughing hard about the guy falling into the water after his car crashed into the lake, lol.
