rani okkay 😌 the first Malayalam film I watched was "Premam", then bangalore days, om shanti oshana ustad hotel, action hero bijju and lot many..but unfortunately not the old ones. I find an uncanny similarity between Malayalam and Bengali films..the music and mood. Its a treat to watch.

Wen dq speaks English, all mallus fall head to heels for him. But once a mallu actress does this, they say she is arrogant and domineering !!
@Ray-xn3cg6 жыл бұрын
srry kid, u r too blind for sensing something like this, how could dq talk malayalam on states people and how does they understand ? are u mad or something ? dq spoked english only on those who are un-native malayalee. he speaks only malayalam when he is in kerala. but in the case you did mentioned that we are blaming other malayalam industry actor's for taking english?, no, there are some feminist madams on our industry who speaks english when they are at some stage or live tv program on kerala. We would agree if these feminist madams speaking english out of this state.
@lissaantony36966 жыл бұрын
Even your statement makes it clear, "when an actress speaks english for a foreign channel" , yeah that's it nobody can talk malayalam in a foreign channel. They should speak in english, or in that particular language make the audience understand. And moreover what I've noticed is, male actors usually speak in malayam while giving malayalam interviews, and female actors speak in 'manglish' while giving Malayalam interviews, I don't know why they do that. May be they think adding some 'broken english words with a fake accent ' make them look cool.
@bulbulprakash42946 жыл бұрын
Hi all who replied to my comment, I hav seen many videos in which some malayalam actresses been mocked by the way they speak in english. If she is proficient, she is a feminist. In the other way around, she is a fool. Never seen such mannerisms been expressed for male actors. The treatment received by malayalam actresses in the industry is still very patriarchal. She is supposed to be humble, delicate and foolish.
@shijinmohammed4485 жыл бұрын
@@bulbulprakash4294 it really has nothing to do with gender... It all depends on their deeds.. for example Prithviraj was treated very poorly few years ago for the same reason... An interview almost ruined his career... You can't blame the audience for the backlash he recieved because of his on doings... Anyway I am really happy it didnt ruin him and he is one of my favourite actors now.
@bulbulprakash42945 жыл бұрын
@@shijinmohammed448 When a woman gives out an opinion, she is a feminichi and gets mocked brutally. When a man does that, mallus accept him greatly. When Parvathy speaks good english and gives away her opinions, she lost her job. But Prithviraj is still the hero and producer though his english and opinions get ridiculed for a period of time. Both are equally talented, but mallus cant jst digest opinionated women.
