Dude I don’t know how you do it! I’d be on the front page of tomorrow’s paper if I had to deal with what you see, what seems like day in and day out. Very few people care about their “craft” anymore….and since they don’t care they figure no one else will either. I hope you failed them all! Especially the electrical rough in. Make them open up the walls so you can see everything! Keep up the good fight brother!! We need more of you in our field to keep the honesty!! God bless form the Pacific Northwest!

For the rough electrical not being done and covered do you just have the home owner hire a contractor to write a letter stating everything is fine or do you cut open sections?

We make them pull off all of the drywall.
