I am a 68-year-old and have been doing workouts with KZbin for about two years. You are my favorite. Not only do you do wonderful, challenging workouts, but you give many modifications. I also love how real you are; your genuineness shines through each workout. And...your kiddos are absolutely precious. Thank you for what you do.
