DUMBBELL CONNECTION WORKOUT

Do you want to build muscle and increase your cardiovascular endurance?...this is the workout for you. You should be able to complete the entire workout (including rest periods) in 30 minutes!
10 weighted exercises, 10 reps for each exercise, 3 sets, 60 seconds rest between rounds
1) Shoulder Press
2) Tricep Extension
3) Squats
4) Front Lateral Raise
5) Curls
6) Bent Over Rows
7) Thrusters
8) Chest Press
9) Sit-Ups
10) Russian Twists
*The most challenging exercise from the group above will determine the weight you use. Goal is to complete an entire round without putting the dumbbells down.
