Awesome workout DJ! Thanks! I normally avoid all leg workouts but really enjoyed this one. Still having to modify my lunges but getting there! 23 squats on first round of burnout - 24 squats on the second round!

BOOM! Leg burnout! Squats are one of my favorite things to do for legs and butt those burners at the end killer 30 on my first set 35 on my last! My ass is going to feel this tomorrow! Love super sets!🤪

Longtime KZbin subscriber to your channel and fan but I have to say this particular workout video frightened me. Since it went to black at the end and kept running in black for several minutes I thought my brand-new $1000 4k TV had gone to pot. Still a fan! Thanks to the both of you for these workouts.
