Facts! It is tied up in an LLC Trust; by which another Trust resides with that trust; thus, making it untouchable by debtors and lawsuits. Good example of this is O.J. Simpson; by which the judge could have awarded his civil victims family a billion dollar settlement. Nevertheless, they will never see a dime of that money, as his personal wealth is tide up in a trust prior to the lawsuit; by which the Trust has its own identity.
