He pitched his idea to the higher up at Riot game. Meaning Riot themselves have zero plan for making a new game mode. They just looked at his project and thought "yeah we can use that" and get other people working on it. Meaning if it wasn't for him, we will have no game modes.

Okay my main point that I'm trying to get across here is that they didn't discuss this game mode as a team. Like a big group of people, people from the skin team and coding team, modelling team, all kinds of teams, all come together to discuss this game mode because their boss told them to do so. That's what I'm trying to say. It came true because of one guy from the SKIN DEVELOPMENT TEAM made this game and give the idea to his boss so that it would get approved. I'm not saying we shouldn't get a new game mode. It's good that we finally get a new game mode cus we waited years for this. What I'm trying to say is Riot hates giving their players other things to enjoy, they would rather waste time churning out trash skins daily then give stuff that we actually want. Jesus Christ I'm tired.
