Was I about to go to bed? Yes. But am I going to stay up a bit later and watch a Jen Chapin video? Also yes! Great video, Jen! Especially with the busy fall months coming up. And you're right, there is never anything as too much garlic. Also! There's another company, Carbe Diem, that has low-calorie pasta and is slightly cheaper than Fiber Gourmet. I eat Carbe Diem regularly and it's DELICIOUS. Their packing also comes with three, 12 oz. packages so you get more for less, too!

I don't know if you have an Aldi where you live,but they regularly carry fire roasted tomatoes. Just a thought.

I believe Crockpot slow cookers cook very hot for a slow cooker (compared to how the OG crockpots used to cook). Hamilton Beach brand seems to cook at a lower temp.
