Hello Jen! I'm so, so happy each time you post a new video. I'm a social worker with two kids, ages 9 and 6. I have to take work trips to other states each week, and not only are they exhausting, but I also find myself feeling anxious and a bit disorganized. I want to be able to leave the house in order, but it seems I get overwhelmed with it all. A few years back, I decided to make a copycat recipe every Sunday night after work and I made a Crunchwrap copy. It was excellent. Haven’t thought to make them again. I can see I might have to again, so good. I’ve also been trying to use up pantry stuff lately - I took 5 jars out and have been using one a night. I’ve got several different Trader Joe’s pasta sauces and their chimichurri from the refrigerator section. I’ve been cooking up meats of different kinds in the morning, prep them for later, Come home and heat them up and then open the jars and make a salad. Easy dinner after a 5-6 hour shift. Delicious.

Next time you have an urge to make chocolate chip cookies search David Leite’s Chocolate Chip Cookies - he tops them with coarse sea salt and OMG are they amazing. OR Jacques Torre’ chocolate chip cookies. Both excellent recipes. Both amazing cookies. The recipes on the back of the bags are good but those two are awesome!!!

I use Phoebe Buffet's grandma's chocolate chip cookie recipe. Nestle Tollhouse. :) It is a classic for a reason. I always make them in bars/pan cookie version.

Can confirm that potatoes do sometimes explode if you bake them without poking holes first. Specifically if you bake them, then open the oven and poke with a fork to see if they are finished cooking. Little bits of potato everywhere.
