That volatility indicator is only on paid tradingview

It's a free indicator and you can access it on free version of TradingView. Make sure you search the name correctly, and if there are already two indicators on your chart, you need to remove one of them because in the free TradingView you can only have two indicators on your chart.

Only if it's defined by the author. Otherwise you can make your own version if you know pine scripting.
