The success of your system does not come by taking anything at face value, but by refining and implementing, and steady practice on your own. You can actually more than double, but it has to be your system. This guy has some good vids, but only take them as trial and implementation, and develop it as your personal methodology.

No, it's bad, too much lag. Heikin Ashi default is much better. If you wan't something with lag like this just use ema.
