rose mercer it’s actually not illegal. Once they throw it away it’s no longer their property and it’s free for anyone to take. The reasons lots of places lock their dumpsters is because of animals, people that do dumpster dive and don’t clean up, and because of some homeless people (which also relates to the second reason)

Get a random stranger to scribble on a paper. And do that for random strangers on seperate pieces of paper. And then use those papers to draw the outline of something. You can turn them in different directions and with your Light box trace the scribbles together into one paper and then make an artwork out of it! (I just made this up haha.)

Ooh, I've found some really good materials on the beach! In fact, my current paint palette is a ceramic tile I found washed up. It's durable enough to take the alcohol/acetone I use to clean off dried paint--plus it cost me nothing more than a fun day on the beach!

Make art with flowers, but the twist is, it has to be something completely opposite to flowers, like a vampire (Cause they never wither or die) or, like a post apocalypse scene with people in gas masks because the planet is devoid of plant life. Might be a dumb idea, it's 2am, but I thought (with my possibly addled brain) that is was worth mentioning ^-^.

As long as You don't scatter it around the place or break in (as example climbing a fence or breaking through a lock) Actually, some people save a lot of money by going through the thrash behind Supermall for food.
