You don’t need a new truck, but a used, larger one would work. You could haul more scrap on one load.

have you changed the fuel filter on the truck, it reminds me of a truck i had, took me awhile to figure it out. it would run okay then die after a while of running. the dirt loosens up when it sat for awhile and then running the fuel would pack into the filter. might work might not

Hey Shane man next time that truck starts acting up, loosen/take off the fuel cap and see if it doesn't clear up. If the cap stops breathing the fuel system gets vapor lock. That's what it seems like to me anyway. I had a mid 80's Ford that I had the same problem with. If not check the breather hose on the fuel tank. You should be able to see it connected to the back of the fuel fill.

Have you ever watched BBC or on KZbin Money for nothing - I challenge you that the next time you find a ceiling fan find another or repurpose the light/glass covering for the light bulbs, I would also challenge you to repurpose other things found in the dumpsters and curbside

the show it from it coming to the dump place (different from ours) then the host chose 3 items to repurpose two by different people than themselves and 1 by themselves they have some very talented people my favorite is a blacksmith that does great artist pieces (you wouldn't believe what he does with a dishwasher/washing machine or dryer using the metal

Dude that truck is a curse, You really just need a good mechanic and have him drive it until the problem occurs then he can see what it is actually doing. It would be great for what you need in every other aspect though. I guess if its to big a problem 4 you just get rid of it and start over. I still think its got some sort of an ignition problem. If I was over in the states I would happily help you sort it out.
