Another awesome dumpster find. It's true, that you go into a grocery store and you will find food that's not even expired but will be spoiled or slimy and mold growing . Then you can go to a dumpster like this one and the expiry will be next year or older and it's better food then in store. It doesn't make any sense. Your a great team as a family that does all the hard work of getting the food, using gas is not cheap these days and wash, organize, bag it, put in fridge and freezer and help other families in need. It's a wonderful thing that you do in helping so many people. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe.

I would have no problem getting thing's from a dumpster like your getting. I wish I lived closer so I could get help. I have actually did some dumpster diving a few times. I'm disabled and it's hard to dive by myself. I so happy and proud of what you guy's are doing!!! It doesn't get wasted! GOD BLESS YOU!!

Every time one of these videos come out I'm happy buy pissed at the same time. Happy you guys find these treasures and can help yourselves and others but pissed that fresh, good clean food is thrown out for no actual reason! It's all well in date, cold, unbroken, minimal package damage and from my own research on each lot and label I see in the videos, not under recall.

Semi-homemade! chop the cinnamon rolls up, roll in brown sugar and cinnamon, top with dollops of butter and 3/4 c. brown sugar, pour cream over the top, then bake till bread is done! Hand out for Christmas gifts to the homeless! You could also add a pecan praline topping for variation or use the icing as a drizzle for the first recipe.

You should buy a freeze dehydrator and you can freeze dry eggs, fruits veggies etc , the eggs you just add water and re-hydrate them and they taste good.

It’s a lot of work to do what you do. I appreciate your dedication so much. Until I started watching this kind of videos, I had no idea what was being thrown away. I’m trying to be more aware of what I buy and how it is packaged. The amount of plastic used is ridiculously high and we need to find other ways that aren’t as harmful to the environment. Even dumpster diving in general is fairly new to us and we are just so shocked at how much we have been able to save in the last 2-3 years and there's still so much more that can be saved. Honey you can take the eggs and break them in a ice tray and freeze them after they are frozen pop them out of the ice trays and place frozen eggs in a zip lock bag.. Then you can take out when needed.
