I went dumpster diving at the thrift store where i find Music Cassette Tapes, clothes, toys, shoes, bags, dishes, china, free stuff lots of free stuff, thats right free money, hope you enjoy watching my videos on dumpster diving as much as i enjoy making dumpster diving videos, Most of my dumpster diving finds I give away to someone that can use it in my community or i take it to another thrift store in a different town.

One of the greatest "dives" I ever made got me well over 300 brand new CD cases because somebody decided they just wanted to out the discs into a notebook binder. It never ceases to amaze me at what people will just toss in the trash rather than see if somebody want it. One of the "dives" netted me a turntable, complete with stereo cartridge and all the goodies out of a local radio station (never knew which one) that I used for many years. Gave it away when I was sent to Germany (far too many years ago).

~ Came here by accident, and this was interesting! Rhetorical question: Cassettes are hot, as are vinyl records, and cassettes play well after 50 years, so why would anyone just throw music in the trash? That section blew my mind. Cheers, DAVEDJ ~

Depends on the condition of tapes. Some have a distorted sound from being abused and just not worth keeping anymore. Why put up with a ratty cassette when there are so many options to listen to the same albums? That being said, new or gently used tapes are really great!

pillows are thrown out as they have stains on them or might be bed bugged urgh, cristmas stuff is common as its gone the hoildays and anything that didn't sell can be tossed or kept if it was popuar, cuddle toys might not have CE on them but your usa so ??? on why might just be dirty, old crock pot good for scrap, dude score on the cassettes! the case is nice too same as the wooden one too, i'd love the cassette box and stepenwolf cassette?!?! they must not have room on the shelf to throw those out, normallly they only throw the pre-recorded mix tapes, or the ones with not covers as they would say what tracks are on them,
