Another idea would be to figure a way to make a secure point at the top of the back wall that a winch could be attached to so Mike could backup to a dumpster and winch out the heavier stuff.

That dolly that needs some wheels. I take the solid tires off the electric mobility scooters and use them. They last a long time, and no tires to air up. Good stuff Mike!

I watched a video a few yrs ago about a guy who bought an antique desk in a garage sale.. He laid it down in the bed of his truck & he could hear stuff moving in the desk.. (It was empty as far as he knew). Got it home & discovered a secret drawer that had a hidden access & it was full of expensive jewelry & vintage coins... One ring was valued at $10'000 from the early 1900's. The guy ended up with over $100'000 worth of jewelry , coins , and paper money...
