Congrats on the metal score! I wouldn't mind living in a small town where there is atleast some scrap to be found. I live out in the country where the only scrapping to be done mostly is finding cans on the side of the road lol, but it all adds up! :)

I love satalite boxes and DVRs. If they have hard drives in them 1Tb or bigger they resell for decent mullah!

I've gotten more than a few bucks from cans and bottles with deposits on them here in Connecticut, from folks who couldn't be bothered to take them back. They did however bag them and put them at the end of the driveway ... where the recycling guys won't take them because they're not in the recycling bins. Some guys I watch on KZbin who scrap get themselves an old pickup, and if it dies ... scrap that too!

7:38 - some aluminium cans at the bottom of that dumpster. Maybe not a lean-in proposition, but I' could climb into that, chuck those two big bags aside and lob those cans out. Or negotiable by grabber arm, by again, chucking the bags back. Dunno if those were deposit but the scrap yard would take them. But that syringe later on was a caution reminder.

I volunteer at a charity shop ( like your thrift stores ) and we seem to get a lot of Paw patrol stuff donated , if I can find some stuff that will post via Airmail from England To Canada without needing. a mortgage for the postage I don't mind sending him some . Just subscribed. Need a camera and will start making videos. Tried to find your stripper and the link is dead, but that's okay I'm sure I will find one. Same problem here many of stores are shut down. And like you I just had a vehicle breakdown, truck broke leaf spring bracket and shackle, going to be about $1,000. Ugh. Drop me a prayer please.
