19:39 Those have nothing to do with fuses. Those are clear keyboard key covers, for IBM point of sale keyboards. The included plastic tool is used for removing the key covers. Each keyboard key can be labeled, and those covers cap the keys, to protect the labels.

The clear plastic pieces you found in the computer dumpster are keyboard overlay covers. The grocery store had paper templates to denote what each key did. The plastics covered the paper template to keep them in place. Not used much anymore. Most stores have switched to touch screens.
