My son caught the sleeve of a leather jacket on a fence. A repair shop wanted $60 bucks to repair it ( I only spent $40 on it) . I spent 2 evenings sewing it up myself with thicker thread & and carpet needle. He had ripped the lining too. He was pleased with how it turned out!

Ghost granny here. I'm worried about you picking up things like that washer. I'm 81 and I grew up working with my parents on our 160 ACRE farm lifting 50 # bags of fertilizer, seed and other things and my back is really messed up. So please be careful.

I live in apartments and I can tell you that these cheap vacuums these days are way too loud. They must be damaging ears with long term use. It may be a good thing in this case that they don't last. Nothing does these days, and their obnoxious sounds are at an all time high. You know, you use tools. Why couldn't their sounds be buffered by now? It is a mad world.

Up here in CT aluminum cans are worth 10 cents each and worth nabbing. Where Taco is they're about 40 cents per 100, if that much.

There are to cement blocks on the top of those front loader washing machine to keep them from walking in spin cycle. I haven’t weighed mine but looks like abt 10 pounds apiece. It won’t take much to fix bulldog enjoy videos

If that leather coat is from Sears, it's probably 20-30 years old. With the worn look, easy 25/30 dollars. The Walls coat can be washed. Even with a couple small holes, 15/20 dollars. As long as the zipper works and the coat isn't shredded, someone will buy it. They don't have to spend the money for a new one.
