My wife is an occupational therapist, she would be shocked at all that those mobility aids like the weighted cutlery, non slip mats, and the sock aids just thrown in the bin. We talked about opening a shop selling that kind of stuff as the NHS won’t pay for them much longer.

I was excited to see UK dumpster divers finally but am disappointed that it's just about as bad as the ones in the US. I'm from the US living in the UK now. The amount of good stuff that is thrown away because the shops can't be bothered enough to donate to organisations that could use it is unfathomable. It's disgusting. Keep on diving mate.

I can't help but think some of the tech may be not working but even so they could be of Great use to a technician who repairs such devices. They can salvage useful components from them. Especially the genuine apple components.

Should do more tech dives and test to see what's working. Did those SSDs or the hdds work? Also should of taken the imac base, if its old enough the memory won't be soldered on (can get a few bucks or use out of that). And a game drive is just a hdd or ssd in a enclosure meant for a console (other than that no significant difference)

easy to test hdds, $13 usd can get you a usb 2.0 to ide/sata (2.5 and 3.5 inch form factor), $30 gets a usb 3.0 version. Might be able to get cheaper online. as far as the game drive just find out what kind of cable it needs and plug it in. If they show up and work (allowing you to browse or format) then they're of use. If not you can always take em to a ewaste scrap place for a few pennies (whatever is your equivalent of pennies)

You should of gone on the eBay app and scanned the barcode on the books and checked completed listings and seen which ones are the sellers! Some books sell for cash

I've just found your channel mate ive binge watched upto date over the last week or so. Keep up the good work. The reason why a lot of charity shops don't get this stuff is they can't sell the stock they have at the prices they try to sell at. Lazy shits don't want the work so by pricing high their turn over is less so they don't have to work so much. I'm an ex class1 truck driver an I use to take 20 tone a week of top brand toiletries perfume gels razers you name it to the tip. Its so wrong the waste is unbelievable.

When I used to work for Staples, we used to bin all sorts and most of it was salvageable. Once it had been returned by the customer with a possible fault though, we had smash them up as it was a condition in order to get the credit back from the vendor. On a side note, why don’t you wear gloves? You could be touching snotty tissues or anything in those bins.

New to the channel, exciting to be sure, but I found it hard to get too excited at the iPhones and electricals knowing they're probably either water damaged or the batteries are ragged out. You're missing a trick by not showing the results at the end of what actually worked and what didn't. Without that resolution I found this video ultimately frustrating.

D.D UK, the shower heads with the beads in don't work on my shower it turns it off a lot of people don't realise and return them. But to then be thrown away is disgusting. These books must be non sellers and be very disheartening for the authors.Great content in the video and some really nice and interesting finds

I'm not being funny if they reduced these items to decent amounts then people would buy them an they won't end up in landfill the teddy for example I wouldn't pay £6.99 but id pay £2 they make a tiny bit of money an it don't end up in land fill or donate the stuff to charity shops or a charity that helps homeless people in refugees who have to leave all there kids toys behind for one reason or another this is a joke
