I ordered the Mystery boxes too, yes I was upset it wasn't all makeup but sell the other items. The other non makeup items is another way to market his brand. So dont get mad at him, you still got your money's worth just from the makeup alone. Btw I sold my med box for $70 and got $12 dollars for the staw. And the Mystery color you can sell for $30 easily. So dont feel like you wasted your money. It was a good deal.

If you think that your lipstick expire, email him, and he will replace it with on of your choice from jawbreaker collection! 3. You wanted a pallette, why you didnt buy one? 4. You bought 3 boxes, so that means that you had free shipping, girl i paid 32$ only for shipping, and i dont even complaining(international here). 5. I didnt even receive my boxes yet, im gonna pay custom charge too, and im still happy to get them over here... 6. The medium box which costs $45 for you is actually worth more than $79 (1 liquid frost highlighter + 3 lipsticks + 1 popsocket). The biggest one, which is $75 with the taxes is actually worth more than $157. (1 tshirt for $25 + 4 lipsticks ($18 x 4) + 1 lip liner ($16) + lip scrub ($12) + 1 supreme frost highlighter ($32) + 1 popsocket + 1 metal straw). WDYM THEY DONT ADD UP? THEY ARE WAYYYYY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

It cant be, its from summer 2018, and they have like 3 years shelf life... lipscrub is holiday 2018 collection... original poinsetta is holiday 2017, but this was in new packaging, because shade is now in permanent collection! Straw can be damaged during transport, because its not in its own box! And they got wearable shades, im curious, how would they act if they got medusa, karma, area 51, gargoyle, mermaid blood etc. like others?

He is known for his amazing and unique pallets and lipstick shades. You guys werent cheated out lf anything. There are people would love every single thing they got. Just be greatful for what you got. Also it does not say that all items would b makeup. If u have an issue with the straw or lipsticks contact him and let him know im sure he would replace them. As for the shirt who cares its 5 dollars or 50. Go on the website and look and see what it comes up. But still you got amazing stuff.

Ok so first of all, he said full size products and the pop sockets sell for $10-$15!! The lipsticks alone cost $22. So for $20, I think 2 lipsticks AND an accessory is a GREAT deal for only $20! He wasn’t misleading at all. I can’t wait to get mine. His formulas and accessories are truly wonderful products! I have almost all of his stuff. My opinion only.

Hello, Ladies :) My daughter and I love your videos, ALL of them :) We thank you for your honest review of these Mystery Boxes, and we get ALL of our make up from mystery boxes. We've not had a chance to try Jeffree's boxes yet, and we will for sure, and we know what it's like to get a box that we feel could use a little more variety, and sometimes we run into expired items which are disappointing, so we sure understand the disappointment that you're feeling. We also can see why you're not happy with that straw with the chipping paint and missing cleaning brush and all those pop sockets which each count as an item! It's disappointing when you're expecting another cosmetic item and instead you get 3 pop sockets and a chipping paint straw with no cleaning brush! We'll try Jeffree's boxes and we'll let you know what we get, and we hope you get more of what you like and need in your next box :) We've been getting ulta boxes and ipsy boxes and we've been happy with them. Hopefully the next Jeffree boxes will be more of what you need :) and love. We don't own any popsocketes yet loll, so we hope to get 1 or 2 over time. We're aren't real into the stainless steel straws, at least not yet, ever since we saw the news story about the lady who fell on hers and she got hurt kind of bad because the straw isn't flexible at all, and if we did get one, we sure would want the cleaning brush! A lot of companies use mystery boxes to move factory rejects and products that are nearing their expiration date. They count on the fact that most customers won’t want to have to deal with the hassle of going through with the return hassle, since it was purchased online and sent via mail. Their losses are cut significantly with these mystery boxes. I suggest just buying the palette that you want next time, and leave the surprises for the dumpster finds, where money isn’t involved.

The lip scrub does have an expiration date its on the side of the box it’s usually a sign that says 12M or 6M which means after you open that product you have 12 months or however long it says to use that product. His website is mostly lipsticks so it was very unlikely to get a palette. Idk i would have been happy to get all those items

Before testing a product on your skin, look at the ingredients and see what’s in it. You maybe allergic to what’s in it. It’s all vegan products. Also it’s called a mystery box. Instead of plain out exposing jeffree did you message them and ask about the boxes . give them the chance to explain and resolve it. Instead of calling jeffree out directly did you know he has a massive team putting these together not him directly. And also not absolutely everyone will get the exact same boxes . be more grateful as the items will surpass the money you paid . mystery boxes are usually made up of old stock too so yes that T-shirt might have been in the five dollar bin but it's still a product . I watched the entire video, twice, so don't comment I didn't. Lip scrubs don't actually expire, no sugar scrub should. If the oils and sugar are correctly mixed sugar scrubs can last years. The liquid lipsticks that you guys claimed to be dry were very much wet, vegan product separates, shake them. He has said that MULTIPLE times. You waited all of 2 seconds for it to set. As for her allergic reaction it could simple be the glitter or pigment in that lipstick not because it was faulty. I get you spent you money on it and blah blah and you DID get your money's worth even if you think you didn't. Not saying any of that to be rude either. He's brand is expensive, because he spends quite a bit of money on the product to be the way he's envisioned it to be.

I've watched a million of these Jeffree Star mystery box unboxing videos and one girl that I watch said that her Diva liquid lip what is a little bit separated but it wasn't that big of a deal and she had one other issue but she was just going to let it go but out of every single video that I have watched nobody has gotten a cleaning brush with their straws. Now I don't know if those are the exact same straws that are being sold on the website because I've not heard of any of the straws having the paint chip off of them so I don't know if these drawers were made specific for the mystery box and the ones that he sells on the website or of a higher quality because as a matter of fact that's what was wrong the girl that I watched that had the diva lipstick that was separated she also had a really long string that was coming off of the seam of her shirt so basically it was already starting to create a hole and those shirts were definitely not of the same quality as the $25 shirts that he sells on his website. So I think the non makeup items were supposed to look just like the straws and shirts that are sold on the website but I think they were actually a cheaper version of what he sells on his website. I almost ordered one of these boxes myself and I was a little bummed out at first because there wasn't a bunch of crazy colors although the first few unboxings that I saw some people got the shade, which is like a poopy Brown shade and another weird gray black color lip ammo so I was kind of happy that I didn't spend my money but now this is the first that I'm seeing that the exact same shirts that were in the mystery box were in a $5 bin at Warped Tour is kind of messed up and I would be really upset had I spent $70 on basically for lipsticks a lip liner and a lip scrub. I don't know if you have put any of this on Twitter but it doesn't seem like anybody is going after Jeffree Star for any of the faulty issues with the makeup and or non makeup items and I don't know if that's in fear of not wanting to upset him or what but this is the first video that I have watched that actually has proof that those shirts were not $25 shirts so that just made the value of the box go down even more. I love Jeffree Star and his makeup is phenomenal but I just feel like these mystery boxes kind of flopped in a big way and it makes me kind of nervous because I was going to purchase the next Mystery Box round because he said there was going to be two more mystery box releases this year and it kind of makes me a little bit nervous to purchase one since you're hoping to get makeup in these boxes obviously and on Instagram when somebody asked if there was going to be pallets in the large box and they commented with the emoji with the halo over its head... That leads me to believe that there would possibly be pallets but I've watched so many of these unboxing videos and I have not seen anyone get a palette yet, so this is all kind of strange for me!

You’re shocked because you got three items even though you were meant to get three items! The same with other boxes you got the specified number of items you were supposed to receive. It does not specify that you will get all make up products and you certainly won’t get palettes in a mystery box. Take in to account how much each item costs and what you paid. At the end of the day an item is an item whether it is a pop socket or a straw along with the make up items, you got what you paid for especially with receiving a T-shirt as well. I can’t see the problem. You got loads in your deluxe box as well so again can’t see the problem. Again you wouldn’t get full palettes in a mystery box. You keep going on about how it is shocking, it’s far from shocking, what is shocking is how you got the number of subscribers you have. Please don’t do any more mystery boxes where you rip people apart when you have received exactly what you should have done!!

With the liquid lip you got you said they wouldn’t dry down but as you are putting it on you were moaning it was dry and hard to put down. You were also rubbing your arm with some force to actually get it to move after the 15 or so minutes, maybe that’s where the mark came from? Just saying

Dumpster Haulics I understood the video perfectly well thank you. It’s not rocket science. At the end of the day be it a pop socket, a straw, a make up product or a T-shirt they are all items. The only thing you need to take up with the website is the paint chipping on the straw and lack of a brush to clean said straw. On to the T-shirt you received a genuine T-shirt from the website. The shop that was knocking them out for $5 they could have all been dukes as it does happen and big companies find it a pain as they are difficult to source where they come from. Try thinking logically about things and start thing about prices of actual products if you were to buy them outside of the mystery boxes. You got your monies worth and it’s not a scam by far

Some lipstick especially the liquid ones if left to sit they can have that appearance inside the bottle, nothing a good shake won’t resolve. Plus you say yourselves a product won’t dry off but as you are laying it down you describe it as “dry and difficult to put down” some force was used as you could see the considerable movement of the skin.
