The occasional crazy eyes on the characters reminds me of the Asterix films, specifically The Big Fight as that's the film i grew up with. (Never saw any others until getting the DVD boxset a few years ago)

@@jordinagel1184 No, maybe and yes. Never heard of Lucky Luke, Spirou sounds vaguely familiar and TinTin i've known of for years.

@@fishpop Spirou is a bellboy (well, “boy,” he’s usually depicted as someone in his early 20s or so) who used to wear his red uniform with matching cap a lot initially, and has orange hair that kinda looks like Tintin (with slightly longer strands) woke up with bad bed hair. He has a pet squirrel as well; perhaps that will stir some memories. Quite entertaining, I suggest you give his stories another whirl. Lucky Luke is a cowboy living around the end of the 19th century, famous as “the man who can shoot faster than his shadow.” It’s a great set of stories that really takes advantage of its Wild West setting (which is impressive considering it was made by Frenchmen and Belgians), and features historical characters like Calamity Jane, Billy the Kid, Wyatt Earp, and even made the Dalton brothers (trimmed down to four instead of five) the main recurring comedic antagonists. It also had an interesting transition, with early Lucky Luke having no qualms about shooting people (if he had to), but eventually transitioning to just shooting the revolver out of someone’s hand. He’s certainly competent to an extreme degree, and quite amicable, but that doesn’t mean that he can’t be the target of jokes or fall victim to plots every now and then (he’s far from a Gary Stu). If you hold any kind of interest for this region and time period, you need to check it out. If you don’t, try it anyway; you might come to like it.

The animation for the gunfights has consistently been great. Like with 'Ben's Little Song', and how all the typical TTT shooting is reworked into Ben missing, then Tom grabbing for the gun before allowing one fatal shot.

One of my favorite recent TTT moments, love it. Aside from Duncan's corpse fondling, I love when Ben is being shot, it takes him forever to pull his gun out. Very Ben move.

Ok supreme props to the attention to detail. As the video goes on the bloodstains get bigger and longer.Zylus in particular I noticed initially only about half his shirt, when he’s put up the whole shirt, and at the end it goes into his pants. Awesome.
