Dundee to Edinburgh Waverley on a ScotRail HST (21.03.2023)

Great video My wife and I are visiting Edinburgh early in January, after having had a great time when we visited the city earlier this year. We have seen most of the famous sights, so for a change, I was thinking about getting a train from Haymarket (near our hotel) over to North Queensferry and back, just to pass over the Forth Bridge. Then the idea came to me to perhaps go a little further and visit Dundee. I see LNER travel this route as well as ScotRail .. which would you recommend ?
