Dune Spice Wars games are really intense to watch. I wouldn't have thought a game like this would be so nail biting but that has not been my experience. Nice game and really well created content. If the few people on Twitch that stream the game would be more engaging like you I think this game could get a good stream following.

Loved the game and well played . You should try political atreidies with thufir & jessica. With the unique atreides tech you can double both the traits on thufir agents. Its pretty great!

I normally use Thurfir/Paul who are great. I try to steer clear of Jessica because shes just so cheesy. "Sorry guys, mom said we can't play."

If that 50% off construction resolution passes you can always cancel in-progress buildings and replant it cheaper, if you're ok with losing some build time. There is no penalty unlike cancelling an operation for example.

I rather thought that if you cancel after a discount has passed, you only get refunded the discount price. Its possible this was changed at some point though that I didn't realize.

@@daevohk the game "remembers" what you originally paid. So if you build a free/discounted building you also get smaller/no refund later if you destroy it

I cannot for the life of me win this game...no matter what faction I pick, I build up quickly but somebody either assassinates me, beats me politically or achieves their goal... I love it, but damn, haven't won yet and I've played enough to have a decent idea of how most of the game works, and I'm on Easy mode! I do love it though, about 40 hours of game play so far
