Use spray foam on those top gaps , leave the bottom......but the hole drilled about 1 1/2 would prob work nice for a drain...sides are nice...

I just used that spray foam on a trailer I built. I ain't getting that sticky uncontrollable crap within 100 feet of the buggy. Those panels are taken on and off depending on my mood and ridding plans. In town there on and offroad they come off. I suppose you could put a couple of can full's into a trash bag and stuff it in there and let it comform to the shape but I'm not taking chances. LOL

do the pods mount on the bottom of the pan or between the body and pan?

They are made to mount under but mine is lifted 2 inches and it goes between

Getting proper insurance is the big problem around here.

They are ok in town but I always worry about them offroad. They are getting rock chips because I drive a lot of dirt roads. Maybe I should have used Velcro to attach them....
