Wow, i almost past away, when you mentioned that this parfume reminds you of your father. I have the exact same assosiation! My father had an old car with leather seats, and he used to smoke in car. Dune reminds me of the smell of my father´s car, a hot summer day, when the rest of smoke is left on the leather seats. 😊😊😊

Dune was my first love from The House of Dior , my aunt wore it in the 90s.. And it was also the first perfume I bought from Dior.. i will definitely repurchase my Dune, how i wish it has the Dune EDP . Currently I still have my Dior Dolce Vita and the Original Poison EDT 100ml (my birthday gift last month)

@@fragrantlily hope you can review more classics and more legendary perfumes, and it does not need to be super expensive perfumes like Creed or Tom Ford.. Estee Lauder has a lot of phenomenal perfumes like Knowing, the original Pleasures, the original Beautiful and the original White Linen... they are extremely amazing and not too expensive and high-quality.. thanks so much.. As soon as I hear the words patchouli, aldehydes, sandalwood.. I'm sold!! SO weird that I never smelled the original, it must have been less popular in Norway when it came out .. I guess because it's not floral

Hi :) Nice review. Where I live they don’t have a sample for this perfume so today I’ve ordered a sample. Finally I will be able to find out how it smells. Wanted to find out for a long time now…I was even thinking to blind but it but as it only comes in 100ml bottles I thought it’s too risky 😊

Hi Kasia, Thank you 🙂🤗! I understand perfectly what you say. Here where I live I started to notice that a lot of perfumes are no longer available in stores, only online. And for those in store, we can't always find testers. I also like to order small decants from perfume dedicated Facebook groups or from oficial websites. Better than blind buying 😁, especially 100 ml bottles. I hope you will like the perfume. 😘

The current version of Dune is woody adelhydic....But the original was warm floral oceanic adelhydic.. love that so much. It was not woody at all.. The adelhyde in Dune is better and less toxic than the adelhyde in Chanel perfume.. great review from you.👍🏼👍🏼💪🏻
