The Dummy player has a reveal turn during which you flip a hagal card and count the sword symbols for the conflict. You do not count the sword symbols on their agent turns. Also, in your first conflict, you were tied for second place, which means you both get the 3rd place reward. You are getting this wrong! There is no "3rd" PLACE in conflict, but you DO get the third place reward if tied for second, because you are not in 3rd place.

Hey. Thanks for the entertaining play-through. I could feel your frustrations as the AI seemed to dominate. You’ll probably find the game MUCH more enjoyable when you hammer out the rules errors and play again. When you’re new, its a lot to keep track of. Look forward to another try!

Hi ! Thanks for sharing this video, it is always nice to see people play this game. It’s my #1 conflict game. On the first round, you each should have received the third reward, tie for second. Tie for first, second reward. (page 14, grey area). The swords icons at the bottom section of House Hagal cards are revealed during the combat phase by turning a House Hagal card for additional strength for the AI. (page 3, two players booklet).

17:15 the AI only gets the effects on the card and not the square, so he wouldnt get two solari there.

7:47 This is not correct, you do not add the swords from House Hagal each time. The swords are resolved only once per each Rival that has at least 1 unit in conflict, during Combat phase, as a reveal bonus. Source: Rivals - Solo & Two-Player Games supplement, pg. 3 under Combat.
